Scope of this Standard
This Code of Practice specifies acceptable practices to be used by tour guides. It is intended to be used as a quality tool by: tour guides; present and prospective members of tour parties; and the relevant authorities and agencies responsible for tourism in Trinidad and Tobago. It does not specify the criteria necessary to obtain a license as a Trinidad and Tobago Tour Guide as provided for in the laws of Trinidad and Tobago.
